It is my pleasure to offer you admission to the Bachelor of Science in
Electrical Engineering Degree Program at the University of Washington
for Autumn Quarter 2005. The field of Electrical Engineering is in the
forefront of exciting new technology that will have a significant impact
on our society. Electrical engineers design and operate sophisticated
wireless and high-speed networked communications systems, interactive
video, biomedical surgical tools, robotic sensors and mini-robots—the
technological list goes on. Our department is the premier department in
the Northwest, with many projects and faculty recognized on a national
level. Entrance into the Department is very competitive but your strong
academic performance, as well as your demonstrated level of commitment
to the field of technology, supported your admission. I sincerely 
congratulate you on your achievement.

think you'll find a good home in EE, or perhaps one joint with CSE.

Note that you might consider double-majoring with EE and CSE,
something many students do.  This would allow you to focus on both the
programming, hardware, and electronic elements within computers,
networking, or robotics.
