Today the school newspaper (appropriately named "THE DAILY") had an article talking about the sudden appearance of large female groups (and the occasional brave/dumb/kaypoh male) mingling around the bargain bin at Victoria Secrets. All have one goal in mind -- to dig out that one pair of perfect $9.99 knickers -- which will be seen by astounding .000000001% of the population.

Quite frankly, the sale didn't really attract me. I'm quite a fan of the $3 for 10 cotton panties you get on the street in Singapore (or Indonesia). Shameless, I know. These cheapo panties never fail to give you the PERFECT VPL, but they're oh-so-comfortable and disposable (you know, when that time comes and you're left without a vital piece of "bread"...etc...).

Then the great VS semi annual sale comes rolling in, bringing with it a storm of women demanding their deceivingly "cheap" underwear; and bringing with them, other than large wallets, a variety of elbowing techniques designed to push others away from that last piece of size S... Then they get their hands on it and rush to the cashier before someone snatches it out of their grasp. Safety comes in the form of a payment.

Dont like it? Make use of the 30 day return policy! All you need is your receipt and a signature.

So the article was saying that this species called the female shopper can be categorized into 3 basic trends: the lingerie digger, bath product sniffer, and shoe junkie. of course The Daily did not put themselves in a position to be sued by the 54% female population of the school, so they actually put what I said in a less dramatic fashion.

Yes, I am a combined case of the chronic bath and body works sniffer and shoe junkie.

XD ahhh shopping can probably make one insane. and terribly broke.
